Where to start. The writer says Israeli Americans are one-issue voters. That is patently untrue. I care very much for many issues, not least of which is the fact that I earn dollars and suffer greatly when the dollar is weak. I also care about a strong America, not because I am in Israel, but because I believe this is important to America and to the world. I also care about human rights and civil rights. I believe poor people have a right to a good job, not to be dependent on food stamps all their lives. I am for women's rights, I just don't agree that my taxes have to go pay for birth control. Some say why do men get viagra, and women can't get birth control? Why? Because erectile dysfunction is a sickness. Unless they claim that they have a sexual problem that is a recognized medical condition, wanting to have sex is not a reason for insurance companies, taxpayers, or the government to pay for birth control. Blacks vote mistakenly for Democrats, the same as many American Jews, either out of habit, or the mistaken belief that Democratic policies help them. One look at the unemployment rare of blacks proves that wrong, as does the Democrats opposition to school vouchers, which would allow poor blacks to leave failing and dangerous schools and choose their own schools for their children. I believe I have proven that we are are not one-issue voters, and if I did not have to go to work, i could give many more examples. This is a very misleading article, and does not support either the facts or the reasons why I believe that for Americans, Israelis, Jews, Blacks, and the rest of the world, that Obama is a failure and needs to be replaced.
