Polling organisations with an agenda can get almost any result they want. The skill is in how they phrase the question. You can be sure that if you stopped 10 people on the streets of Cairo at random, you would not get 6 of them expressing warm and fuzzy feelings towards Israel. Quite the opposite I should imagine.
