    For nearly 150 years the the Jews kept moving ahead with their program of building a national home irrespective of all Arab threats and reluctance to compromise. In contrast, Arabs seemingly have always opted to either go back to a situation that no longer exists or stop time until a more favorable situation may evolve. Unfortunately, as with investing/real estate, time is not on the side of the procrastinators. And if the Arabs had accepted a peaceful Palestinian State in 1947 - how much different would this part of the world looked like today?
