Assume that: Israel will exchange prisoners and give back Shiba Farms and what do you get? A defeat! Israel can afford giving back prisoners and even Shiba Farms but, accepting a defeat is out of the question. Unlike the Hezbolla, it's not a question of pride; it's the knowledge that a defeat will become the beginning of the end of this small brave country. I believe that the US will go for a solution that will bring Israel, Syria, Lebanon and the Palestinians to the table. Most likely Israel will have to add to the above shopping list the Golan Heights but, a peace agreement will hopefully bring an end to the rockets suicide bombings and the daily uncertainties of all. Peace is the only solution.
