We have a very lucky property owner who has such a nice place and can charge such high rents and get it and we have a very lucky tenant who obviously is lucky to have the money to pay these kind of rents and he is lucky to be living in a home he likes so much. This is not a kibbutz in the real world there are some people who are fortunate enough to have money and then there are others who are not so lucky. The socialists see the countries golden age as being the one when everybody had the same kind of amount of money, we all lived in exactly the same kind of apartments but forget to mention the system made it impossible for anybody to get rich. Today we live in a society we have both rich and poor and where some people do make it to the top so they can afford to live in houses like that and others live in a tiny apartment run down old building. Being rich and enjoying your wealth is not a crime and it does not make you some kind of immoral oppressor just same as being poor is not a crime and it doesn't make you a good person. Just get on with your own life and don't worry about how other people live because thats nobodies business but their own.
