    If they want to pray, they have a section to pray in, and can pray as so many other women have done. There's no reason for women to wear tallis or tefillin, and these women are just doing it to rub it in the faces of the Orthodox who are trying to pray. It's like the women who whip out their breasts in public because they think breastfeeding wherever they want is their right.
