When it was revealed that the IDF had studied the Warsaw Ghetto uprising before launching Defensive Sheild, the public got enranged. When numbers were written in ink on the arms of arrested Palestinians, the public got enranged. When that Palestinians violin player were asked at the check point to "play something sad", the public got enranged. When the former Justice Minister Tommy Lapid said that the old Palestinian women looking through the rubble of her home in Khan Yunis reminded him of the Holocaust and his own mother, the public got enranged. In Israel you don't mention the guard dogs, you don't show pictures of Palestinians in black & white, you blame the camps on others etc because the public would get enranged. Now the settlers would like to get some support for their cause and low and behold somebody came up with the brilliant idea(SARCASM)idea to write ID-numbers on their arms and guess what will happen....yes the public will get enranged.
