These principles are quite similar to the parameters mentioned in all the peace proposals, but the inclusion of the United States along with Israel and the Palestinians to administer Jerusalem's Old City, is rather new. Perhaps this would work as the United States has been the facilitator in negotiations between both parties for decades. But the good news is in fact that the majority of right-leaning Israelis support the two-states resolution to the conflict and it's hopeful that there's a possibility to reach a peace agreement in 2013. Perhaps the positive momentum is truly there for peace in the Holy Land.
