They are an arab party with some Jews and they are far left, not the kind of party people will trust to run the country and the Jewish parties electable parties will still never invite them into their coalitions. Labor has invited the far left Meretz into a coalition when they were at their peak in the early 90s but not Hadash who were very far left. In 64 years an arab party has never been asked to join a coalition and just as now even if they form a single party nobody will want them. The social activism is also just a fad that like other fads will fade away in time but right now its still exciting.
