This is the worst decision that Israel could have made!!! If the government decided to give in to the demands of the public it should have done so by resigning not by trying even harder to look victorious by freeing the hostages. I am sympathetic to the hostages friends and families, but how many lives are the lives of those 3 worth? Now that the Israeli government has conceded to the demands of the terrorists they are truly the winners, they achieved exactly what they wanted initially with the added bonus of a quick conflict to make the world think the worse of Israel. How many more soldiers are going to be kidnapped now that the terrorists realise that their system works? What ever happened to Israel's we do not negotiate with terrorists policy. Now not only do we have a resurgence of the conflict to look forward to but we can expect to see more of our soldiers kidnapped in border raids launched from both gaza and lebanon.
