any Israeli documentary makeer knows that if he or she would like to make some sort of income or gain international recognition his/her films must be anti-zionist. It is painfully obvious. Now many a Israeli documentary maker has fulfilled this stipulation and became much loved by their lefty Euro-trash "friends". But it seems the snake has turned and bit the ass of the donkey. After shucking and jiving for the Left our "filmakers" are now being snubbed by this bourgeoise elitist lefty bunch. Are Hutu filmakers snubbed as well, or the Chinese? Certainly not, that would not be COOL, and we are living in a time of fahsionable films and politics. this will inevitably put workers out of work, which when I last checked was not the intention of the left.
