Yael Patir, Israel director of the left-leaning U.S. Jewish body, sat down with Haaretz to talk about Trump, the gap between U.S. and Israeli Jews, and the growing anger at the Israeli peace camp. you would think they had won all the wars in the past. Fatah wants pre-1967 borders and half of Jerusalem, and will not settle for anything less - ie: negotiate. Abbas already turned down Olmert's offer, and he'll never get such a good deal again. Hamas in the meantime will keep on fighting to establish the glorious Islamic Republic of Palestine no matter what peace deal can be achieved.
