Read it very precisely and without preconception and it is clear the IAEA has not stated what it is reported to have stated. Iran might be working on nuclear weapons. There is a very real possibility Iran is developing a 'break-out' capability. There is absolutely no evidence provided that Iran IS working on a nuclear weapon. What is 'valid' and what is 'impartial'? The USA has hand picked every IAEA director since the establishment of the organization. Yet it cannot get any of them to do more than protect the opportunity of the USA to misrepresent the facts.
