If Palestinian supporters want to understand why world opinion and pressure hasn't delivered a Palestinian state by now (which I think the Palestinian are long overdue for), all they need to do is look in the mirror. It's the constant overreaching and overplaying of their hand. Surely Israel has committed enough sins with respect to the occupation to give the Palestinian PR and marketing machine plenty of legitamite material. But they are like a company that could ethically sell their product on its merits, but makes exaggerated dishonest claims because, well, because why make an honest buck when two crooked ones are so much more fun. The consumer doesn't like to be taken for fools. They get wise very quickly to a scam and they never trust again. Even Norman Finkelstein, a master BS'er if ever there was one, is fed up with your BS. Now when a guy like Norman critizes others for BS you know you've gone off the deep end.
