Either CIA or ISI is behind this. Since India has declined to bow down under US's pressure to reduce oil imports from Iran, they are playing dirty tricks. It's a perfect time to strain relations between India and Israel or to put pressure on India by diplomatic mean (or somehow convince India that Iran is a bad country). Who will be benefitted most? (definitely either Pak or the US). Iran won't do that blast in india because that will hurt its objective. Already many countries have stopped importing oil from iran. If India follows the same path they will be doomed. The US wants India to stop importing oil from Iran.
