It was a diplomatic interview for the Haaretz audience. He will be well briefed and vetted as capable for putting across the UK view. That view is that the settlements are illegal, peace must be based around the 1967 borders. He has a particular view on anti-semitism in the UK. I suggest the average informed Brit wants not to be anti-semitic, but is very definitely against Israeli policy in the West Bank and Gaza. If that is anti-semitic then the great majority of intelligent people in the UK are anti-semitic, I suggest.
