Once again your PM indirectly contradicts himself and his positions...but with a purpose. On one hand, he tells the Pals that he will not engage in proper talks with the unity government unless the Quartets demands are met. On the other he tells the rest of the Arabs that he's willing to discuss details of the Arab Initiative. I have three comments here: 1. Israel knows very well that Hamas will NEVER openly recognize Israel. It's one of the reason its supporters are its supporters. 2. Pure propaganda, since the talks between Israel and the Unity Government will fail (based on comment No.1), then there will be no 2nd level of talks with the Arab League. 3. For those who distrust Arabs and their leaders and their political agenda, guess what...Arabs dont trust you either, together with your leaders and political agendas. The feeling is purely mutual. And as long as this distrust exists...there will be no peace.
