Gaza will never sink into the sea, nor will Tel Aviv. It's highly questionable is the two states solution is practical in a geographical sense (because Israeli settlements in the Westbank are ALL OVER THE PLACE, not the mention the separation wall and the bypass-roads). Somehow, the two peoples have to find a way to share the land (perhaps in a federative state constuction like Belgium or Bosnia-Hercegovina). Reality will be complex, there probably always will be some fanatic around to screw things up, but it's the only way forward. The alternative is everlasting war.
