One of the principals that I have noticed is that when their is a leadership in Israel willing to give the Palestinians all their demands they immediately begin to negotiate, but never close a deal. They demand more. But when an Israeli leader is elected that doesn't meet their demands they refuse to negotiate. They act as if they are getting nothing. If an Israeli leader said I refuse to negotiate the whole world would accuse him of acting in bad faith. Why is it when the Palestinians say no its because of Israel's bad faith, and when Netanyahu says no its still Israel's bad faith?
