That was not a bad article except for the population-density goof. Like I've said before, there is a very real possibility that the Gaza Strip will break away from the West Bank territories and form its own independent state. It doesn't make too much difference who is in charge of the Gaza Strip just as long as the terrorists can't get into Israel. The Egyptians may be somewhat lax in controling the Philidelphi route for awhile, but you can bet your boots that they don't want Gazan terrorists running amuck in Egypt blowing up tourists; it's bad business.
