Lieberman was right to oppose increasing or allowing Egyptian soldiers to enter Sinai. He was also right in understanding how dangerous for Israel the Schalit deal is. YnetNews is reporting today that Egypt is sending fighter jets into Sinai, an action strickly forbidden in the Camp David peace accords. Ehud Barak has shown Israel up as being weak by allowing the troops to enter Sinai and supporting the Schalit deal. Netanyahu has gone against his own better judgment. The weakness shown by Israel is allowing Egypt to put its finger up to Israel and ulitmately place Israel in greater danger.
