When you run a business, and your customers ask you to respect their wishes, you respect their wishes. To do otherwise is bad business. When, for instance you know they will be offended by the films you show, CHANGE THEM to family fare, as many other airlines do all the time. If they don't want films, comply--no matter who they are THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!
