    Around the world Jews are standing up to the organisations that have claimed to represent them for decades. They are saying loud and clear that they do not agree with Israeli government policies and actions, and that they will not offer unconditional support. The right-wing establishment can try to silence such voices but ultimately their efforts will prove futile. The cat is out of the bag so to speak and with each passing year the once dominant institutions will find themselves having to compete for public audience and for the ear of politicians. This can only be healthy. I pray that the efforts of those more critical of Israel can change the self-destructive path that successive governments in Jerusalem are following.
