The results suggest Iran's next parliament will be more supportive of President Rohani's drive for economic reforms, but conservatives will remain a powerful force.13:31 30.04.16 | 0 comments
What I'm referring to is a serous committment by the Muslim community to encourage acceptance of diversity by Muslims, to discourage violence aimed at others. That, afterall, is the reason that the anti-muslim posters are going up. Those posters are not going up because of individual acts of violence by some peple that happen to be Muslim. Those kinds of acts are despicable but are commited by individuals of all faiths. The problem isn't even how pervasive those acts are within the Muslim community. That matters but its also how the entire Muslim world reacts to that. Peace begets peace and violence begets violence. Violent self defence begets violence too but that is completely unwarranted. Of course, I'm talking about Israel.
