there is no agreement on a solution. Planet Earth are perfectly happy with Iran having a peaceful civilian nuclear power programme that Iran is entitled to as a signatory of the NPT. However, Planet Earth want this to be verifiable so as to ensure Irans nuclear technology is not weaponised. Israel is alone in wanting Iran not to have access to any nuclear technology at all, in any circumstances, ever. So in that sense Israel does stand alone. Unfortunately for Israel the Iraq option is not on the table, and so as seen last week Netanyahu has to agree to what Planet Earth is proposing to do in the hope that International pressure at least keeps iran from achieving parity with Israel. But essentially it is a done deal, and Iran is starting to fullfil it's side of the bargain by allowing greater inspections and controls to satisfy the International comunity that it does not intend to weaponise the knowledge it already holds.
