Back in the day, the USA provided Mujahideen fighters in Afghanistan with shoulder launched, GUIDED, Stinger anti-aircraft missiles to use against the Soviet occupiers. They changed the war. While those guided anti-aircraft missiles would not be applicable to the situation in Gaza where Israeli targets are generally on the ground, they do prove that guidance circuitry and associated control surfaces can be relatively light weight and easily transportable. If the USA had these in the early 1980's, there's no reason to think Iran does not have equivalent technology today that could be provided to Hamas.
