It may be factually right in many points, but there is and probably will be nothing of this kind with respect to US, Russian, Chinese, NATO/German, Iranian, etc. documented and suspected breaks of the laws of war. Israel and a few other small or weak countries are clearly singled out. The powerful are not. Forget Dershowitz's rantings. This is the business he is in. In the US, that's how defense lawyers act in the criminal justice system. It's all about 'selling'. Any 'argument' is fine as long as it works. Improper citations and lack of academic standards included. The underlying problems are neither Dershowitz nor Israel. It's the selective use of International Law for National/Religious/Economic Politics.
