This is why internal inquiries into things are not acceptable to the international community; nobody believes the inquiries are anything more than rubber stamping. I understand the necessity for Israel to defend itself, and honestly don't think IDF is any more brutal than any other army on the planet. But IDF can act with impunity, which is what makes them so dangerous.
