Levy is correct by noting that by joining the government, Lieberman will rip off the mask from the face of the current Israeli government (as if that was needed any way). Levy however is incorrect in assuming that once the "true policies" of the government are known, Israel will be ostracised. The world community (that is the Western), has already accepted what Israel has done, and any condemnation has been vetoed by the U.S. The American Congress will rubber stamp anything Israel does (All you need are Ros-Lehtinens and Lantoses in sufficient amounts). As it now appears, the Israeli and U.S policies in the Middle East will play out and run their course and the chips will fall where they may.
