The dead ones? Or the ones still standing? The ones who have to now pay their taxes to sustain the 'central bank'? Look at Libya's recent history and compare that to what they can expect for the future. I was no fan Ghadaffi but don't fool yourself into thinking they got something better. There's all that depleted uranium to deal with for starters.
