In Islamic oil nations America has supported dictators and kings and, has opposed democracy. In nations which are in opposition to America (and Israel) such as Iraq under Saddam, America then decides that democracy is essential. America's long time official position is to support a Palestinian state, but the Palestinians are of no importance to America. This means that the American support is illusory. This is the case with every Muslim nation that is of no importance to America. The equation becomes this: For Muslim nations important to America, America supports dictators and kings. This makes for a more stable rule. For Muslim nations unimportant to America, the Americans couldn't care less. The Palestinian's can make this very clear to anyone that doesn't already know this to be true. Americans support democracy only when it advantages America to do so.
