It is deeply painfully regrettable when any 'innocent human being' is killed. I am all for Israel taking every possible action(My sense is that it does take much action) to prevent the injury or death of civilians. But this is square one stuff with the Palestinians, whose inability to escape the 'heroic conception' of violence even when it is ineffective and self- defeating' is one of the recurrent themes of the 'Middle East ' conflict. That Levy cares so much for every 'Palestinian that suffers' should not preclude his having the courage to chide them for their persistent errors. He is a ' broken record' and can only 'blame Israel'. This is his cowardice and his formula. Perhaps he should work a bit to teach the Palestinians that 'violence' is for them self- destructive, and possibly even disastrous.
