If you stop the money and it can't provide jobs to its supporters, then a major reason for its existence disappears. There's a lot of right wing bravado and dismissal about the PA handing back the keys, but I do not think that if you cut off the money, that's an idle threat. The question for the right wing is how they will deal with the West Bank if the PA dissolves itself. How will they respond to the one-man, one vote problem? It's just amazing how the right wing avoids answering the question.
