which will engulf the whole country and possibly much of the region. The reason: The PLO's PA refuses to sit down and talk peace and setting up fire is an excuse to move away from peace talks. But why not talk? Simply, Israel, rightly, demands that any agreement will include two things: 1) An acceptance that such an agreement will be the end of the conflict, and 2) An acceptance of Israel's right to be, to exist as the nation-state of the Jewish people. The Muslim-Arabs, local and otherwise, can accept either because both stand in contradiction with their long term goal: To annihilate the Jewish state of Israel, if not in war than in stages.
