Israel's long standing policy has been to negotiate over negotiations over furue ephemral possibilities. This charade , the Palestinians finally concluded, cannot and should not allowed, to go on. Israel's Netanyahu and his ilk can bellyache about the Palestinians' 'strategy to not negotiate...'. He fails to finish the sentence '...over interim agreements'. The Palestinians have belatedly, but finally, come to the conclusion that a non violent civil demonstration and resistance will undermine Israel's raison d'etre and accomplish what has eludud them since 1948.
