There is a way forward on the global peaceful dismantlement of nuclear weapons front. A twelve year plan is ready to be implemented. Israel's security does not need to be compromised in the slightest if the correct international agreements are formalised in the coming months. The catalyst would be for a reconvened NPT Conference to be held in Jerusalem on Jan. 28th 2013. The nuclear question is a two faced genie. Nuclear power is a boon for humankind. Nuclear weapons need to be phased out over the next few decades. They are a by-product of certain past geo-political moves.
