This was recently confirmed by Sheikh Omar Bakri Mohammad of London who said "Yes, I condemn killing any innocent people, but not any kuffar." Kuffar refers to any non-Muslims. As in the late 1700's America lead a force to end Libyan (Barbary) Pirates. Thomas Jefferson, then an ambassador, questioned an Arab Diplomat as to why America was suddenly being attacked. He was told, because you are Infidels. As then the ugly head of deeply rooted Islamic aggression ruled their world. As then it had to physically be extinguished. As then we tried to avoid going to war, but eventually were left with no other choice.
