I once saw a documentary film, some short clips of it, of the Rebbe at a Chabad gathering. What struck me most was how he wanted people to come back to observing Shabbat, even holding demonstrations in the street. Now you see Hassidim helping "regular" folk to don Tefillin, something I observed my paternal grandfather doing while an older man when he lived in Iran. This is a very fascinating article, and as it says in the Pirkei Avot, those involved in religious learning need not concern themselves with astronomy or computations. However, as a Jewish People, each one is responsible for the other, therefore each one has to carry part of the "burden", the Orthodox as much as the next member of society. Thank you.
