Obvious Answer is obviously correct. There is absolutely no reason what ever that Israel should forbear continual rocket attacks upon itself, or leave the prevention of such attacks to 'authorities' who are either unwilling or incapable of stopping them. Answer, then, is simply to prohibit Palestinian occupation of territory from which such weapons can be lobbed into Israel. If that ultimately comes to mean eviction of the whole of Gaza, so be it; it would be none but a straightforward consequence of Pals' upping the ante. The Pals' tradeoff is very simple: Add a mile of range to your kindergarten-targeting rockets, lose a mile of territory you will be permitted to inhabit. Even dull-witted 'terrorists' should be able to perform this particular calculation.
