Sellers regret or a mistaken perception of what is a good deal or not liking the entity on the other side of the contract, is not a justification for backing out of the contract. Egyptian integrity? Though I have to acknowledge that these are 3rd party Egyptians and not the regime that are blowing up pipelines. I suspect, however, there is popular support for this stupidity.
