She is typical and characteristic of the Israeli Jewish society...which strives to keep the Palestinians out of sight and out of mind....for one simple reason: Israelis don't like to be reminded of what they have done to Palestinians just as Germans don't like to be reminded of what they had done to the Jews. She thinks there are more important problems than ending the occupation? Well, I can't think of anything more important, neither in the Middle East nor in the world. After all the evil occupation is the mother of all problems, including the problem of terror. Indeed, it would be impossible to imagine a solution of the terror problem in the world without first ending the Israeli occupation of Palestine. Even some within the Israeli right camp are coming to terms with this reality.
