Gideon, You are so right the Israeli Army has gone way beyond what is legitimate shelling helpless civilians in their towns and killing militants whose homemade rockets rarely have killed anyone. How dreadful! And under article 33 and 53 of the fourth Geneva Convention "No protected persons may be punished for an offense he or she did not personally committed. Collective penalites and likewise all measures of intimidation or of terrorism are prohibited". Just where does this Israeli Army and IAF get off violating the law and committing crimes against humanity? I will send your article to friends and the media around the world . People should know how Israel is breaking the law and committing crimes against the Palestinian people. Thus I feel you are wise to recommend if people want to stop Qassam rockets they should show restraint, lift the siege , call upon the world to stop holding funds to the PA and demand freedom for the Palestinians! Thanks again, Dutch
