Working behind the scenes to plan, train, and fund its foreign terror shock troops and then standing at a distance with white-washed religious turbans, feigning innocence, and swearing that they only export "religion" and moral support has so far worked well for the Regime to avoid devastating, retaliatory fire on its motherland's forces and assets which have been able to go from strength to strength.
