Before there is a rush to conflict we need incontrovertable fact of the covert failities that exist, through satelitte data and through Inspection teams of the IAEA. It would be their job to access these facilities and verify to the United Nations of the extent of covert proliferation activities. If the Iranians refuse access to the covert facilities we can assume that they have a weapons program that have not been declared to the IAEA. Conflict or War is a serious matter and it would be sensible to ascertain the facts on the extent of a proliferation program within Iran by the IAEA. In doing so the Knesset members can then form a valued opinion and vote accordingly whether or not to pursue a unilateral stance.
