"it was nothing to get worked up about". there's a subtle acknowledgement of its conclusions in her comment and recommendation. in other words: the report's conclusions are now water under the bridge; the focus NOW should be to prevent the same from happening again. which to a large degree reflects goldstone's stated purpose for the report's findings... which is "look guys, there's some serious problems here that need to be addressed to keep them from being repeated". israel's chosen response is to cry "foul!" and to deny that any criminal acts took place. and it's THIS that invokes the threat of referal to international court for war crimes.
