So, there's no military junta at which to point fingers. As in any supposed democracy, there are those who bear responsibility for military actions, particularly when the military is used for political goals: the government. Anyway, who did Herzog expect Goldstone would name? The Israel Symphony Orchestra? Shmuel the taxi driver? Rifka the maid? Get real, Mi(ni)ster Herzog!
