"Human Rights Council" and little about the nation-state of the Jewish people which the "Council" is so eager to demonize, to de-legitimize. For eight consecutive years civilian Jews in Israel were in the line of fire coming from Gaza daily, small arms fire, mortars and rockets launched from within civilian population in Gaza. The UN was silent about it. The "progressives" of the world didn't express themselves with even a single word of protest. Only when the Jewish state of Israel, after many warnings and requests to cease the fire, set out to finally protect its citizens did the UN have something to say about it, having sent the watch dog, Goldstone, to "prove" its pre-determined point: Israel is guilty. Thus, the Goldstone Affair was put into motion, now being used by Goldstone to advance his name so as to become the next head of the UN. The world should treat this Affair for what it is and the UN for what it contributes. Nothing, nada, zero to peace and goodwill.
