From what the article says, Israel is wrong in not giving the terrorists everything they ask for. From my point of view, it is the countries which practise the appeasement policy that are wrong. First, hamas could run in elections in spite of the fact that this is against the Oslo accords and the road map. Why was Israel put pressure on for it to allow this to happen? Why was it said that Israel was the bad guy who didn?t allow the terrorists to run? When the outcome of the elections was known, everybody pretended to be in shocked, as if Hamas triumph was unexpected. When they reacted, they began proclaiming that Hamas would have no other way but to recognize Israel and care about the political and social affairs of the pals. The terrorist gang made it clear that it had not changed. Other countries? politicians, trying to save face, repeatedly asked hamas to recognize Israel and gave up terrorism. Every time, hamas? reply was: NO. Meanwhile those same countries threatened the hamas government to cut off aid. Later on, their thoughts went out to the ?poor? pal people and decided to give the aid bypassing hamas. Hamas holds this show about starving children and ill dying for lack of medicines. And here we have. At last, they found a justification to fund pal terror.
