The funds being withheld should be transferred to the PA for the last time. One does not do business with those who want to cut their throats. If a new Palestinian state is to be, then it's time for the leadership to develop a way to collect their own tax revenues. They will also have to figure out what international airport and sea port they are going to use to conduct commerce. They will also have to develop a rail system. The Palestinians have great challanges ahead of them which is normal for a new born state. But should they expect any assistance from Israel when their unity-government is filled with Al Qaeda supporting Hamas who are determined to destroy the Jewish State. I think not.
