The social media shut down ... Facebook, Youtube, cell phones disabled, the Internet unpluged, tanks in the streets, curfew just imposed a few minutes ago in Alexandria, Suez and Cairo, reformers in house arrest , protesters in brutal clash with the police and the army which is using bullets, water canons, tear gases and violence ......all of that reminds me of Tien An Men Square in Beijing......and so far...not even a single word from the Egyptian government, other than force, tanks, media shut down and curfew..... I just hope the winds of change, intelligence and democracy will keep on blowing from Casablanca to Kabul to replace the fanaticism, the ignorance and the Islamic extremism which is the daily bread of those rotten and tyrannical regimes. As Turkish FM just said today..."demands should be heard" , ...probably the violence we are seeing now in the streets wouldn't have ocurred in the first place... I like to remember when millions of Israelis that took the streets of Tel Aviv, Haifa and Jerusalem by storm to protest the massacre of Sabra&Shatilla and Sharon was kicked out....yes it was different!.
